ONLINE RETURN PROCESS

MARINA MILITARE SPORTSWEAR has implemented a simple return and product replacement procedure to ensure a pleasant online shopping experience even if your purchase doesn't fully meet your expectations. You can return any product** purchased on www.marinamilitare-sportswear.com within 30 business days from the delivery date.
Here's how:


  1. Fill out all sections of the return form received in your package.

  2. Make sure the products are in the same condition as when you received them, carefully folded and placed in their respective plastic bags, with all tags attached and intact. In case of a complete order return that includes one or more complimentary products, if you wish to receive a full order refund, you must also return the complimentary item(s).

  3. Ensure the blue security cord is still attached to the garment. Items returned without this blue cord will not be refunded or replaced. Exceptions may be made for special cases of products with proven manufacturing defects that became apparent after use, provided they were reported to our customer service department in advance.

  4. Prepare a well-sealed package, clearly indicating your order number, your data, and your email address. Ship it via courier or mail to the following address:

    • Once the item(s) are received at the above address and all necessary return parameters have been verified, the customer will receive either a digital coupon of equal value redeemable for a new online purchase, or a refund through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
    • Product exchanges/replacements with new items or same items in different sizes/colors are not possible.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.

    • For returns from outside the EU, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified. The customs procedure must be managed by Marina Militare Sportswear.
      NOTE: In case of unjustified returns, package refusal, or failure to collect by the buyer, return handling costs will be charged to the buyer, as the purchase contract and responsibility for the goods are considered completed once the goods have left the seller's warehouse. In such cases, shipping costs cannot be refunded. For more information, please consult the official government website of the goods' destination country.

    • In case of loss or failure to return the goods, the responsibility lies entirely with the customer. Returns can only be shipped from the country where the order was placed.
    • Important: if your return does not meet the conditions listed above, MARINA MILITARE SPORTSWEAR cannot process a refund and the package will be sent back.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, the refund will be processed within 20 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: We inform our valued customers that for orders paid using SCALAPAY, refunds can only be issued if the order is shipped to our headquarters.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear and swimwear.

 

***LOCMAN WATCHES
Please note that LOCMAN watches can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. For more information, you can download the Warranty Terms and Conditions from each product page. NOTE: LOCMAN series watches cannot be shipped to non-EU countries due to product warranty exclusivity. In case of purchase for destinations outside the European Union, the amount will be refunded. As these are items created in collaboration with third-party suppliers, shipping may experience delays depending on supplier availability.

Making a return is quick and easy at your nearest retail store.

NOTE: In-store returns are possible only after 3 business days from receiving the merchandise.

  1. Find your nearest store. Visit our website and locate the most convenient store for you.
  2. Bring your packing list and order confirmation copy. Make sure to bring the document received with your order. This document is essential for returns as it contains the necessary barcode and order number.
  3. Present the packing list and order confirmation in store. Once at the store, show your packing list and order confirmation to the staff. This will allow us to identify your order and process the return.
  4. Receive your return code. After confirming the return, you'll receive an alphanumeric code. This code is valuable! Keep it safe as you can use it directly on the website for a new order or other intended purposes.

 

How to use your return voucher: step-by-step guide

Received your return voucher? Here's how to use it for your next online purchases.

  1. Register on our website: If you don't have an account yet, now's the time to create one. Go to the registration page and follow the simple steps to set up your personal account.
  2. Access the "E-Gift Card and Return Vouchers" section: Once logged into your account, go to the "E-Gift Card and Return Vouchers" section in your profile.
  3. Enter the voucher code: Take the alphanumeric code provided to you in store. Make sure to enter the code exactly as it appears, without including the asterisks (*).
  4. Confirm and use the credit: After entering the code, the voucher value will be automatically added to your account. You can now use your credit for online purchases by selecting the return voucher as your payment method at checkout.
